Sometimes you feel the urge to say hi to a cat when you see them roaming your neighborhood. Most of the time they run away or give you that signature "What are you doing?" look, but ocassionally you get a friendly meow, or as we like to say: MRROW!~ One day The Founder woke up and started an unofficial club named Mrrow, and a year later this place happened.
